Sookie's Story - Sookie Makes Good!

We came in July 5 just to look around at the cats. As we were walking about I spotted Tori, an adorable black & white cat, and when I was looking at her card she came right up to the door of the cage and started purring. When we took her out of the cage she started kneading in the air right away. My son started crying, he is 10 so that doesn’t happen often, because he wanted her.

We took her home and renamed her Sookie, due to our love of Gilmore Girls and she is a plus size just like the character on the show.

She is very much a diva and loves attention. She has adjusted much better than I could have ever hoped for. Even the vet said she is one of the better cats she has seen before. When the vet was done examing her she just started to go to sleep! I am enclosed a picture of her doing her favorite thing . . .
